Ashtanga Yoga (Half Primary - 75 minutes)

A dynamic and structured practice following a set sequence of postures. At Santulan, we

honor the traditional methodology of yoga coming from Mysore, India, as taught by the great master Krishnamacharya. Ashtanga links breath with movement, building inner strength,

flexibility, discipline, and focus while respecting its deep roots.

Beginners Yoga (60 min)

Beginners yoga is a gentle introduction to the method.
We move slowly, focusing on breath, grounding, and simple foundational postures.
You’ll learn the structure of the sequence, build confidence, and move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Perfect for anyone new or returning to practice.

Yin (60 min)

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that targets deep connective tissues through long, gentle holds.
We soften, breathe, and release tension layer by layer, creating space in the body and calm in the mind.
Perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, flexibility, and a peaceful reset.

Vinyasa (60 minutes)

A flowing practice that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a dance-like sequence

that improves strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Rocket  (Level 1 & 2 - 60 minutes)

A modern, fast-paced style of yoga derived from Ashtanga, designed to be accessible, playful, and energizing while building strength and flexibility.

Breathwork & Kundalini Meditation (75 minutes)

This transformative practice combines conscious breathing with kriyas and meditation

techniques to awaken energy, balance the nervous system, and expand consciousness. It not

only helps emotional regulation and clarity, but also changes the chemistry of your brain,

unlocking your highest potential and creating harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Sound Healing  (75 minutes)

An immersive experience using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to

restore harmony, reduce stress, and balance energy through vibration and sound.

Lymphatic Abhyanga Bodywork (75min)

Experience deep rejuvenation with our Lymphatic Abhyanga, blending lymphatic drainage

with Ayurvedic Abhyanga. This therapy uses warm oils to detoxify the body, relieve pain,

enhance circulation, and restore balance.

Yoga Sculpt – (60 min)

A full-body workout that blends Pilates with strength training to tone, strengthen, and improve posture. Build lean muscle, core stability, and balance through controlled, mindful movement.
